RESOLUTION NO. 20 -- 90 PAGE -2- Commissioner of Transportation of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Lino Lakes to be known as 7th Avenue. WHEREAS; the City of Lino Lakes has changed the name of 7th Avenue to West Shadow Lake Drive, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the designation for 7th Avenue between 62nd Street and Birch Street (CSAR 10) be changed to West Shadow Lake Drive. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the road described as follows, to wit: Birch Street - from Centerville Road (CSAH 21) to 21st Avenue be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Lino Lakes, to be know as Birch Street. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that the road described as follows, to wit: 21st Avenue North - Birch Street to Main Street (CSAH 14) be, and hereby is established, located and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said City subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Minnesota. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the designation of said road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Lino Lakes to be known as 21st Avenue North. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commission of Transportation for his
