RESOLUTION NO. 51 - 90 <br />a central angle of 28 degrees 43 minutes 33 seconds and <br />a radius of 635.31 feet, for a distance of 318.52 feet; <br />thence North 17 degrees 54 minutes 26 seconds West, <br />continuing along said southwesterly line, tangent to <br />said curve, a distance of 66.04 feet to the actual point <br />of beginning; thence North 72 degrees 05 minutes 34 <br />seconds East, a distance of 60 feet to the northeasterly <br />line of said Black Duck Drive and said line there <br />terminating. <br />2. RESOLVED, that the vacation of the portion of Black Duck <br />Drive shall be subject to a reservation to the City of <br />Lino Lakes for street and utility purposes over and <br />across the following portion of the vacated roadway; <br />That part of Black Duck Drive as dedicated on the plat <br />of RESHANAU PARK ESTATES, according to the plat of <br />record thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying <br />northwesterly of a line described as follows: <br />Commencing at the most easterly corner of Outlot D, said <br />RESHANAU PARK ESTATES, said corner also being the most <br />northerly corner of Lot 8, Block 2, said RESHANAU PARK <br />ESTATES; thence North 46 degrees 37 minutes 59 seconds <br />West, assumed bearing, along the southwesterly line of <br />said Black Duck Drive, a distance of 163.44 feet; thence <br />northwesterly, continuing along said southwesterly line, <br />along a tangential curve concave to the northeast having <br />a central angle of 28 degrees 43 minutes 33 seconds and <br />a radius of 635.31 feet, for a distance of 318.52 feet; <br />thence North 17 degrees 54 minutes 26 seconds West, <br />continuing along said southwesterly line, tangent to <br />said curve, a distance of 66.04 feet to the actual point <br />of beginning; thence North 72 degrees 05 minutes 34 <br />seconds East, a distance of 60.00 feet to the <br />northeasterly line of said Black Duck Drive and said <br />line there terminating. <br />3. RESOLVED, that the following drainage and utility <br />easements as dedicated in the plat RESHANAU PARK ESTATES <br />shall be vacated: <br />The 10.00 foot wide drainage and utility easements <br />adjacent to Black Duck Drive as dedicated on the plat of <br />RESHANAU PARK ESTATES, according to the plat of record <br />thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, encompassed within <br />Outlot A, Outlot B, Outlot C, and Outlot D, said <br />RESHANAU PARK ESTATES. <br />4.
