1. On new plats, or developing commercial, <br />industrial and institutional parcels of <br />property. <br />2. On previously platted but underdeveloped <br />property as a condition to the City allowing <br />the construction of roads or installation of <br />public utilities. <br />3. On storm sewer improvement projects. <br />C. The Surface Water Management charges shall be: <br />1. Type I - Single-family and Two-family Lots: <br />2. Type II - Multiple Family Lots <br />3. Type III - Commercial/Industrial/ <br />Institutional Property <br />4. Unplatted Property - To be determined by <br />the City Engineer based upon he amount of <br />runoff generated, based upon the type of <br />present and future property use. <br />D. Six levels of charges are set by this Resolution <br />Rates are in dollars per square foot. <br />Land Use Type <br />I II III <br />1. Administration by City Officials $ 0.01 $ 0.014 $ 0.015 <br />2. Local(Surface)Water Management Plan .03 .040 .045 <br />3. Subwatershed Hydrologic Planning .005 .007 .008 <br />4. Subwatershed Channels/Culverts/Trunks .028 .038 .042 <br />5. Subwatershed Ponding .01 .014 .015 <br />6. Water Quality Projects .01 .014 .015 <br />TOTAL $ 0.093 $ 0.127 $ 0.140 <br />E. These rates will be adjusted annually by proportional <br />application of the ENR Index. <br />F. This policy will go into effect immediately upon <br />passage of this resolution by the City Council. <br />G.
