Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Neal, <br />Elliott, Kuether. <br />The following voted against same: None, Mayor Reinert was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
