AND FURTHER RESOLVE that a 10 foot wide drainage and utility <br />easement shall be granted to the City of Lino Lakes over the west <br />20 feet of the east 115.1 feet of the above described Tract 1A. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 12th day of April, 1993. <br />Vernon R.
