Council Member Elliott introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-02 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING MUNICIPAL ORGANIZATIONAL CHART DATED JANUARY <br />1994, AND RELATED REPORTING GUIDELINES: <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council believes in the empowerment of <br />their employees and encouraging responsibility for decisions, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council wishes to establish an organizational <br />structure which clearly defines roles, and outlines responsibilities, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council feels communication will be greatly <br />enhanced between staff, the City Administrator, and the City Council through the <br />adoption of monthly and quarterly reporting guidelines, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes City Council desires improved methods of tracking <br />the progress on projects and assignments. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />that the attached Organizational Chart dated January 1994, and corresponding <br />Department Head\Division Head Reporting Guidelines be adopted. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 24th day of January, 1994. <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />fi <br />Marlyn Anderson, City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the forgoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Neal , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
