DIVISION HEAD <br />1. Review staff within the division annually. <br />2. Maintain job descriptions of staff within the division by reporting <br />significant job changes to their department head and the Assistant <br />to the City Administrator's office. <br />3. Prepare annual goal statements with objectives and tasks. <br />4. Prepare monthly reports for their department head to include a list <br />of 5 ongoing projects and status of each <br />5. Hold monthly regularly scheduled with staff. <br />6. Attend bi-monthly post -council staff meetings. <br />
