City Council on August 11, 2014 with Resolution No. 14-87 for the entire NorthPointe <br />development. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval of the Saddle Club Second Addition final plat subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. All comments from City Engineer letter dated February 1, 2016 shall be <br />addressed. <br />2. A Development Agreement shall be drafted by the City, executed by the City and <br />the developer and recorded by the developer. <br />3. Black Berry Court shall be revised to one word, Blackberry Court. <br />4. Title Commitment: <br />a. Royal Oaks shall transfer title to Dupont Holdings before the plat is <br />approved and recorded. <br />b.
