Mr. Hyden thanked the city and <br />27 the council for the opportunity to serve and he acknowledged the fine work of city staff, especially <br />28 Community Development Director Michael Grochala. <br />29 <br />30 CONSENT AGENDA <br />31 <br />32 Council Member Rafferty moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as corrected to indicate that <br />33 Council Members Manthey and Maher were present at the January 11, 2016 council meeting and that <br />34 former Council Members Stoesz and Roeser were not present. Council Member Manthey seconded <br />35 the motion.
