D. Structures: <br />1. Visually inspect all exterior surfaces and remove all traces of soil, waste <br />material, smudges, and other foreign matter. Remove all traces of splashed <br />materials from adjacent surfaces. <br />2. The Architect/Engineer may require light sandblasting or other cleaning at <br />no additional cost to the Owner. <br />3.
