Section 01 77 00 <br />PROJECT CLOSEOUT <br />PART 1 - GENERAL <br />1.01 Description: <br />A. To provide a specific format for substantial and final inspection. <br />B. Related Requirements Specified Elsewhere: <br />1. Completion: Waiver of Claims, General Conditions <br />2. Cleaning and Waste Management: Section 01 74 00 <br />3. Project Record Documents: Section 01 78 00 <br />4. Warranties: Section 01 78 36 <br />5. Closeout Submittals Required for Trades: Respective Sections of <br />Specifications <br />6. Substantial Completion: Conditions of the Contract <br />1.02 Quality Assurance: <br />A. All documents submitted shall be signed by a person authorized to sign contracts <br />on behalf of the Contractor. <br />B. All document formats shall be as approved by the Architect/Engineer. <br />1.03 Submittals: <br />A. Refer to paragraph 3.4 below for closeout submittals. <br />PART 2 - NOT USED <br />PART 3 - EXECUTION <br />3.01 Substantial Completion: <br />A. Contractor Shall: <br />1. Submit notification to the Owner via the Architect/Engineer when the <br />project, or designated portion of project, is substantially complete. <br />2. Submit list of items to be completed or corrected. <br />B.
