C. Should Owner and Architect/Engineer consider that work is substantially <br />complete: <br />1. Contractor shall prepare and submit to Owner, via the Architect/Engineer, <br />a list of all items to be completed or corrected as determined by the audit. <br />2. Architect/Engineer will prepare and issue a letter to all parties of <br />substantial completion containing: <br />a. Contractor's list of items to be completed, verified, and amended <br />by Owner and Architect/Engineer. <br />b. The time within which Contractor shall complete or correct work <br />of listed items. <br />c. Time and date Owner will assume possession of work or <br />designated portion thereof. <br />d. Signatures of: <br />(1) Owner <br />(2) Architect/Engineer <br />(3) Contractor <br />D. Contractor shall then complete work listed for completion or correction within the <br />designated time. <br />E. Should Owner and Architect/Engineer consider that work is not substantially <br />complete: <br />1. The Architect/Engineer shall immediately notify Contractor in writing <br />stating reasons. <br />2. Contractor shall then complete work and send second written notice to <br />Owner, via the Architect/Engineer, certifying that the project, or <br />designated portion of the project, is substantially complete. <br />3. Owner and Architect/Engineer will reinspect work within ten (10) <br />calendar days after receipt of notification. <br />3.02 Final Inspection: <br />A. Contractor shall submit written notification to Owner, via the Architect/Engineer <br />that: <br />1. Contract documents have been reviewed. <br />2. Project has been inspected for compliance with contract documents. <br />3. Work has been completed in accordance with contract documents. <br />4. Project is completed and ready for final inspection. <br />B. Contractor shall indicate, with notice of completion to manufacturer, that a <br />warranty is required for this project and is to be sent to the Contractor. Contractor <br />is to be responsible to Owner for warranty. <br />C.
