Excluded from this warranty is any and all damage to the subject roof area(s), the building(s) and <br />its contents resulting from acts or omissions of the Owner. In addition, damage resulting from: <br />fire, lightning, windstorms exceeding 72 miles per hour, hail storms, or other unusual <br />phenomenon of the elements; movement or failure of the supporting building structure that <br />causes membrane or flashing failure; or vapor condensation beneath the roof. <br />Excluded from this warranty are any damages to the building(s) or its contents. <br />Prior to expiration of the above warranty period, the above named roofing Contractor shall <br />inspect the roof areas in the presence of the Owner's representative.
