2. Seal clusters of pipes and unusual shaped penetrations with metal pans and <br />pipe sleeve flashing flanges. All seams shall be field soldered to avoid <br />open joints and to form a watertight seal. Fill pans with rigid insulation <br />cut to fit and top two inches (minimum) with manufacturers sealer and <br />apply umbrella flashing covers as detailed. Apply uncured flashings as <br />detailed and/or per manufacturer's directions. <br />3.07 Clean -Up: <br />A. Upon completion of the work, remove all excess material, debris, or trash <br />resulting from this work. Leave completed surfaces clean and free from any <br />defects of material or workmanship <br />1. Leave building and work site in a neat, clean and undamaged condition. <br />2. Clean both interior and exterior surfaces which were soiled due to the <br />work of this section. <br />3.
