Pursuant to Minn. Stat. 103B.235 Subd. 4 and as a result of the approval by RCWD and <br />Metropolitan Council, as described above, the City of Lino Lakes shall adopt and implement its <br />plan within 120 days of watershed adoption (no later than May 12, 2016) and shall amend its <br />official controls accordingly within 180 days (no later than July 13, 2016). <br />Staff does not anticipate the need for any further amendments to official controls, outside of the <br />NE Drainage Area, as a result of the plans adoption. The City's Stormwater, Erosion and <br />Sediment Control ordinance was amended in 2015. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 16-08 <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />1.
