CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 16-08 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING <br />LOCAL SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />WHEREAS, Emmons & Olivier Resources, Inc., has prepared the City's Local Surface Water <br />Management Plan in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 103B.235; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has completed the requirements pursuant to the entirety of Minn. <br />Stat. 103B.235 for Local Water Management Plans. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />that the Local Surface Water Management Plan is hereby approved <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of February, 2016. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
