CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-111 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND REQUEST FOR QUOTES <br />2015 SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to perform cleaning and repair activities to the City's surface water <br />management system in accordance with the City's National Pollutant Discharge Elimination <br />System (NPDES) permit and <br />WHEREAS, This year's project will include pond cleaning and excavation along with outlet <br />pipe repairs from erosion. . <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That WSB and Associates are designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to <br />prepare plans and specifications and request quotes for the Surface Water Management Project. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of September, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, er <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />ti <br />Julianne Bartell, Ci t}ti Clef <br />Jeff R: i , ayor <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
