Council Member Rafferty introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-124 <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />That the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department be authorized to enter into a grant <br />agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, for traffic safety <br />enforcement projects during the period from October 1, 2014 through September 30, <br />2016. <br />Be It Further Resolved that the Director of the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department is <br />hereby authorized to execute such agreements and amendments as are necessary to <br />implement the project on behalf of the Lino Lakes Public Safety Department and to be <br />the fiscal agent and administer the grant. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 26th day of October. <br />Jeff ' eine , Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />u ie Ce C e <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Rafferty, Stoesz, Roeser, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: None (Absent - Kusterman) <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
