CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15-153 <br />APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 <br />FIRE STATION NO. 2 PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 15-20 of the City Council, adopted February 23, 2015, a <br />contract for the construction of Fire Station No. 2 was awarded to Jorgenson Construction; and <br />WHEREAS, modifications to the site and building plans require a modification to the contract <br />amount; and <br />WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Change Order No. 2; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota that <br />Change Order No. 2 is approved in the amount of $14,215.00. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th day of December, 2015. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Kusterman and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kusterman, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Tu is e Bartell, City Glerk <br />
