CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL <br />Chair Gooder called the Lino Lakes Park Board meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. on <br />February 5, 2025. <br />A. SWEARING IN OF PARK BOARD MEMBERS <br />Mayor Rafferty was present to swear in Mrs. Bayandalai. <br />2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />3. PUBLIC COMMENT <br />There was no one present for public comment. <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />5. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 2, 2025 MINUTES <br />Mr. Kusterman moved to approve the January 2, 2025 meeting minutes. Motion <br />seconded by Mr. Gooder. Mr. Huelman abstained. Motion carried 2 – 0. <br />6. ACTION ITEMS <br />A. Review Burque Estates PUD Concept Plan <br />Mr. Rick DeGardner, Public Services Director, summarizes the applicant, Lino Lakes <br />Partners, LLC, is proposing to build a residential development proposing 58 single family <br />lots. The development contains approximately 59 acres gross acres of land, 15 acres <br />developable consisting of residential housing.
