CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 26-131 APPROVING PELTIER PONDS PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT WHEREAS, on May 27, 2026, the City received a complete land use application for Peltier Ponds PUD Final Plan/Final Plat hereafter referred to as Development; and WHEREAS, City staff completed review of the Development based on the following plans and information: • Peltier Ponds Final Plat • Peltier Ponds Preliminary Plat prepared by Hill Incorporated revision date July 6, 2026 • Peltier Ponds 1st Addition Final Sanitary Sewer, Watermain, Storm Sewer, and Street Construction Plan prepared by Hill Incorporated dated June 19, 2026 • Peltier Ponds Final Erosion Control, Sediment Control, Grading, Drainage, Wetland Impact, & Tree Preservation prepared by Hill Incorporated dated June 22, 2026 • Peltier Ponds Landscape Plans prepared by Calyx Design Group dated July 13, 2026 • Title Commitment dated June 12, 2026; and WHEREAS, on February 23, 2026, the City Council approved the Peltier Ponds PUD Preliminary Plan/Preliminary Plat with Resolution No. 26-06; and WHEREAS, on June 10, 2026, the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the Development; and WHEREAS, the proposed Development is not considered premature and meets the performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: FINDINGS OF FACT Per City Code Section 1001.057 Review, Approval or Denial: (2) The following requirements shall be met before consideration of the final plat by the City Council: (a) The final plat shall substantially conform to the approved preliminary plat and phasing plan. The final plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat and phasing plan.
