1 27 CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION 81 -5 RESOLUTION REVIEWING AND ACCEPTING THE EINVOIRNEMTAL RESOURCES SUPPLEMENT TO THE DRAFT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE ICTY OF LINO LAKES. WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes was in receipt of a letter from the Metropolitan Council requesting additional information for its Comprehensive Plan , and The City Planner has prepared an additional supplement dealing with Enviornmental Resources Inventory and Policies, and The Lino Lakes City Council has reviewed this suppplement and have made additional amendments, NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: 1. That the Lino Lakes City Council has reviewed and accepted the Enviornmental Supplement to the Comprehensive Plan, 2. That the Lino Lakes Planning Commission has reviewed and approved the Enviornmental Supplement, 3. That the Lino Lakes City Council requests the Metropolitan Council to terminate suspension on the review of the Comprehensive Plan, 4. That the Enviornmental Resources Supplement fulfills the requirements of the Land Use Planning Act. Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of March, 1981. F. Council members present; Kulaszewicz, Jaworski, Absent; McLean. Mayor Gourley will be late but had requested that the meeting begin. INPUT FOR SENATOR DAHL CONCERNING INCREASE OF FUEL TAXES Mr. Schumacher had made a copy of a letter from Senator Dahl concerning the proposed increase in gas tax. This tax has never been increased two legislative sessions in a row. He is requesting input from this Council on their concerns - either with support or objections. Mr.
