PRESENT: <br />MEMBERS ABSENT <br />June 26, 1995 <br />6:30 P.M. <br />9:37 P.M. <br />Reinert, Neal, Kuether, Elliott, Bergeson <br />None <br />Staff members present: Parks and Recreation Director, Marty <br />Asleson; Consulting Planner, Al Brixius; City Attorney, Bill <br />Hawkins; Consulting Engineer, Steve Heth; Acting City Engineer, <br />John Powell, Chief of Police, David Pecchia; Community <br />Development Director, Brian Wessel; Planning Coordinator, Mary <br />Kay Wyland; City Administrator, Randy Schumacher and Clerk - <br />Treasurer Marilyn Anderson. <br />SETTING THE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as presented. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES: <br />Closed Meeting, January 11, 1993, Approved as presented. <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br />OPEN MIKE <br />Mr. Brian Winges, introduced Mr. Steve Robichaud, 6524 White Oak <br />Road who explained that he is speaking for the residents who <br />signed a letter that was given to the City Council in their <br />packets. Mr. Robichaud said that his neighborhood is concerned <br />about the development of a park that is planned for the <br />Brandywood Estates subdivision. He also said that he and his <br />neighbors are not here to sabotage or delay the park but to <br />support a quiet park that would be developed as soon as possible. <br />Mr. Robichaud said the purpose of his appearance at this public <br />PAGE 1 <br />1 <br />
