Septic System Care Class Update, Dan Tesch (Distributed handout and reminded everyone that the University of Minnesota Extension will be holding a Septic Care Class here on March 16, 1998.) 2. Discuss Charter Commission's Request for Joint Meeting, Dan Tesch (Upon Charter Commission's request Dan asked council to set a date for meeting between the Charter Commission and the City Council to discuss road reconstruction, 5 year plan and communication between Charter Commission and City Council - Date was set for February 19, 1998 at 8:00 p.m.) 3. Discuss City Administrator Search, Dan Tesch (Dan furnished City Council with a list of reputable search firms and Council asked him to: 1. Provide council with information on leadership 2. Check with other communities on recent searches 4. Discuss Environmental Inventory and Management Plan Consultant Recommendation, Marty Asleson (Requests for proposals were sent out for the purpose of developing an inventory of natural resources and to develop a management plan for these resources. The Environmental Committee reviewed the proposals and interviewed consultants. They are now asking the City Council to approve Brauer/Applied Ecological Services as consultant to city)
