The staff member that was doing research on this issue <br />ty. Therefore, staff has no additional information at this time. <br />Police Sergeant Mortenson advised the Police Department has conducted noise tests a <br />couple of different times. There was nothing out of the ordinary when the tests were <br />conducted. Molin has indicated they are trying to remove the back-up beepers. <br />City Planner Smyser stated the plan regarding this issue is as follows: research what was <br />approved; determine which conditions of approval have not been met; and discuss the <br />conditions with Molin. A report will be given to the City Council on April 18, 2001. <br />UTILITY RATE STUDY, AL ROLEK/JOHN POWELL <br />City Engineer Powell distributed and reviewed a revised proposal for sanitary sewer rates <br />that includes a combination of a "flat" fee and "usage based" fee. The proposed rate is a <br />flat rate of $50.00 per unit per quarter + $1.00 per 1,000 gallons over 10,000 gallons. <br />1 <br />
