APPROVED <br />• 1 CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />2 MINUTES <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 DATE : February 12, 2007 <br />6 TIME STARTED : 6:30 p.m. <br />7 TIME ENDED : 9:18 p.m. <br />8 MEMBERS PRESENT : Councilmember Carlson, O'Donnell, Reinert, <br />9 Stoltz and Mayor Bergeson <br />10 MEMBERS ABSENT : None <br />11 <br />12 Staff members present: City Administrator, Gordon Heitke; City Attorney, William Hawkins; <br />13 Community Development Director, Michael Grochala; City Engineer, Jim Studenski; City Planner, <br />14 Jeff Smyser; Economic Development Coordinator, Mary Divine; Chief of Police, Dave Pecchia <br />15 (part); and City Clerk, Julie Bartell <br />16 <br />17 OPEN MIKE <br />18 <br />19 No one was present for open mike. <br />20 <br />21 SETTING THE AGENDA <br />.22 <br />23 The agenda was approved as presented. <br />24 <br />25 SPECIAL PRESENTATION <br />26 <br />27 Recognize Outgoing Board Members — The Mayor presented a plaque to outgoing advisory board <br />28 member Tom Vacha (Economic Development Advisory Committee); Plaques will be sent to outgoing <br />29 members Kathy Hansmann (Economic Development Advisory Committee), Constance Grundhofer <br />30 (Environmental Board), Sara Norman (Environmental Board), and Aaron Frederickson (Park Board). <br />31 <br />32 CONSENT AGENDA <br />33 <br />34 Council Member Stoltz moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as amended. Council Member <br />35 Reinert seconded the motion.
