City Council <br />Date: May 5, 2009 <br />REGULAR <br />Item: <br />Motion <br />ITEM: Options regarding Action on 9224 315` Street North <br />SUBMITTED BY: Craig W. Dawson, Interim City Administrator <br />David Snyder, City Attorney <br />SUMMARY AND ACTION REQUESTED: At its April 21 meeting, Council requested that the City Attorney <br />address options available to the Council since the time for the property owner's performance on the agreement <br />had lapsed. The City Attorney's correspondence to the Council is confidential under the attorney -client <br />privilege (and thus is not public data), and is being provided to Council in a sealed envelope. The City <br />Attorney will lead the Council through the discussion of his analysis, and guide the Council on how it should <br />reference the information during its discussion of this matter.
