El <br />1 . The Applicant shall address all comments outlined its the Fire Chief and Building Official <br />email memos dated May 10, 2017 and May 11, 2017. Specifically, the building on Lot <br />shall be prinklered; fire hydrant locations shall be added according to comments; and the; --- <br />drive aisle width to the west of the drive -through lane on Lot 2 shall be widened to 20 feet: <br />The Applicant shall submit a plan and obtain approval from the Building Official vial and Fire -- <br />Chief for the location of hydrants and to Parking and Fire Lane signs: <br />16. The Applicant shall add site amenities such as benches, trash receptacles, decorative <br />lighting, and signage compliant with the bake Elmo Design Guidelines and Standards <br />Manual to the site plan. <br />3.
