Approve 2020 Parks Commission Work Plan <br />Councilmemberporschner, seconded by Councilmember McGinn, moved TOAPPROVE THE <br />CONSENTAGENDA AS PRESENTED, Motion passed 5 - 0. <br />ITEM 19: Reconsider Vote on Four Corners Development <br />Councilmember McGinn, seconded by Councilmember Dorschner, moved TO RECONSIDER <br />THE DECEMBER 17, 2019 VOTE ON THE FOUR CORNERS DEVELOPMENT. Motion <br />passed 5 — 0. <br />City Attorney Sonsalla provided recommendations for proposed action and development <br />agreement with the developer. <br />Terry Emerson, 2204 Legion Lane Circle N., stated agreement with the terms proposed by the <br />City Attorney. <br />Councilmember Bloyer, seconded by Councilmember McGinn, moved TO POSTPONE THE <br />CURRENTAGENDA ITEM TO THE NEXT COUNCIL MEETING. Motion passed 5-0. <br />ITEM 20: Conditional Use Permit Amendment — Stillwater School Bus Facility <br />City Attorney Sonsalla recommended that the Council postpone this item as it is linked to the <br />previous item that was postponed to the next meeting. <br />Councilmember Bloyer, seconded by Mayor Pearson, moved TO POSTPONE THE <br />CURRENT AGENDA ITEM TO THE NEXT COUNCIL MEETING. Motion passed 5-0. <br />ITEM 21: Four Corners 21" Addition Final Plat Time Extension <br />Councilmember McGinn, seconded by Councilmember Bloyer, moved TO POSTPONE THE <br />CURRENT AGENDA ITEM TO THE NEXT COUNCIL MEETING.
