LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />JANUARY 7, 2020 <br />ITEM 22: Lake Elmo Senior Living Final Plat and Final PUD Plans <br />Planning Director Roberts noted that staff and the Planning Commission have reviewed the final <br />plans and recommend approval with conditions outlined in his report. <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Councilmember McGinn, moved TO ADOPT <br />RESOLUTION 2020— 005 APPROVING THE FINAL PUD PLANAS REQUESTED BYMATT <br />FRISBEE (AYERS ASSOC)ATES) FOR PID# 13.029.21.22.0013 FOR THE PROJECT TO BE <br />KNOWNAS LAKE ELMO SENIOR LIVING LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 39TH STREET <br />NORTH, EAST OFARBOR GLEN, SUBJECT TO RECOMMENDED FINDINGSAND <br />CONDITIONS OFAPPROVAL AS LISTED IN THE STAFFREPORT. Motion passed 5-0. <br />ITEM 23: Appoint 2020 Acting Mayor <br />Councilmember Bloyer, seconded by Mayor Pearson, moved TO APPOINT <br />COUNCILMEMBER NELSON AS ACTING MAYOR FOR 2020. <br />Councilmember Nelson, seconded by Councilmember Dorschner, moved TO AMEND THE <br />P"MAR Y MOTION B YAPPOINTING COUNCILMEMBER BLOYER AS ACTING <br />MAYOR.
