CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />MARCH 4, 2020 <br />CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Pearson called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. <br />PRESENT: Mayor Mike Pearson and Councilmembers Dale Dorschner, Lisa McGinn and <br />Christine Nelson. ABSENT: Councilmember Justin Bloyer. <br />Staff present: Administrator Handt, City Attorney Sonsalla, City Engineer Griffin, Planning <br />Director Roberts, Public Works Director Powers, City Planner Prchal, Interim Fire Chief Cornell <br />and City Clerk Johnson. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Item 19, "Accept Resignation of Deputy Clerk Alex Saxe and Approve Hire of Kyla Rippey as <br />Deputy Clerk'; Item 20, "Accept Building Official Resignation'; and Item 21, "Adopt Resolution <br />2020-027 to Designate Certified Building Official" were added to the Regular Agenda. Item 9, <br />"Approve Submittal of Grant Application for Sunfish Lake Park Mountain Bike Trails" was moved <br />from the Consent Agenda to the Regular Agenda. <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Mayor Pearson, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />AGENDA AS AMENDED.
