Approve Pay Request No. 4 (FINAL) for the 2019 Mill & Overlay Project <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Mayor Pearson, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />CONSENTAGENDAASPRESENTED. Motion passed 4 - 0. <br />ITEM 12: Public Hearing and Order Improvements for the 31" Street/Stillwater Blvd. <br />Watermain Extension <br />City Engineer Griffin presented the scope of the proposed improvements and assessment amounts. <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Mayor Pearson, moved TO ADOPT RESOLUTION <br />2020-019 ORDERING THE 31sT STREET AND STILLWATER BOULEVARD <br />IMPROVEMENTS AS OUTLINED IN THE FEASIBILITY REPORT DATED JANUARY <br />2020. Motion passed 4 — 0. <br />ITEM 13: Approve Plans & Specifications; Declare Costs to be Assessed & Call for <br />Hearin¢ on Assessment for Heritaee Farms Street and Sanitary Sewer Improvements <br />City Engineer Griffin presented plans for the project, noting curbing change requests from <br />residents and a storm pipe issue. Griffin also presented estimated project costs, assessment roll <br />and a project schedule. <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Councilmember McGinn, moved TO ADOPT <br />RESOL UTION 2 02 0- 02 0 APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />ORDERING THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR THE HERITAGE FARM STREET <br />AND UTILITYIMPROVEMENTS. Motion passed 4 — 0. <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Councilmember Nelson, moved TO ADOPT <br />RESOLUTION 2020-027DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND CALLING <br />HEARING ONPROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR THE HERITAGE FARMS STREET AND <br />UTILITYIMPROVEMENTS TO BE HELD ONApril 21, 2020.
