Approve Pay Request No. 2 for Hamlet on Sunfish Lake Sanitary Sewer Extension <br />15. Approve Release of Warranty Security for Hunters Crossing 1st Addition <br />17. Approve Release of Warranty Security for Hunters Crossing 2nd Additions <br />Councilmember Bloyer, seconded by Councilmember McGinn, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />CONSENTAGENDAASPRESENTED. Motion passed 5 - 0. <br />ITEM 18: Sunfish Lake Park Kiosk and Business Signs <br />City Planner Prchal presented the updated sign design and reviewed examples of maps from other <br />cities. Potential additional signage for a business directory was also discussed. <br />Tony Manzarra, 5050 Kirkwood Ave. N. commented on signage in the park and offered suggested <br />to make signage more helpful to park visitors. <br />Councilmember Bloyer, seconded by Councilmember Dorschner, moved TO APPROVE THE <br />UPDATED KIOSK SIGN FOR SUNFISH LAKE PARK WITH NOT TO EXCEED <br />AMOUNT OF $500. Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />Councilmember Bloyer, seconded by Councilmember McGinn, moved TO ALLOW <br />SPONSORSHIP SIGNAGE IN SUNFISHLAKE PARK. Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />ITEM 19: MPCA Grant Agreement for the 381h -391' —Innsdale Street and Utility <br />Improvements <br />City Engineer Griffin presented the proposed grant agreement with the MPCA for a project that <br />would extend municipal water service and reconstruct the streets in the 38t1'/39t"/Innsdale area. <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Councilmember McGinn, moved TO APPROVE <br />THE MPCA GRANT AGREEMENT, CONTRACT NUMBER 184198, FOR THE 38TH- <br />39THSTREETNEIGHBORHOOD STREETAND UTILITYIMPROVEMENTS. Motion <br />passed 5 — 0. <br />ITEM 20: Feasibility Report and Design Engineering Services for the 38th-39th-Innsdale <br />Street and Utility Improvements <br />City Engineer Griffin reviewed the scope of the project for the 38`'/39tn/Imisdale area and <br />requested Council approval for the preparation of a feasibility report. <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Councilmember McGinn, moved TO APPROVE <br />RESOLUTIONNO. 2020-089, ORDERING PREPARATION OFA FEASIBILITYREPORT <br />AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 38TH--39TH <br />STREET NEIGHBORHOOD STREET AND UTILITYIMPROVEMENTS.
