FOR THE BASE BID AMOUNT OF $3,121,483.80 FOR THE <br />HERITAGE FARMS STREETAND UTILITYIMPROVEMENTS. Motion passed 5-0. <br />ITEM 17: Stillwater School District School Bus Terminal Conditional Use Permit <br />Planning Director Roberts reviewed the request from the Stillwater School District for approval of <br />a CUP to allow operation of a school bus terminal at 11530 IIudson Boulevard North. <br />Mayor Cadenhead, seconded by Councilmember McGinn, moved TO ADOPT RESOLUTION <br />2021— 011, APPROVINGA CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) AS REQUESTED BY THE <br />STILLWATER AREA PUBLIC SCHOOLS TO ALLOW A SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />TRANSPORTATION CENTER AT THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT LOT 1, BLOCK 1, <br />FOUR CORNERSADDITION(11530HUDSONBOULEVARDNORTH) SUBJECTTO THE <br />RECOMMENDED FINDINGS AND CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL AS LISTED IN THIS <br />STAFFREPORT. Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />ITEM 18: Schiltmen Farm Property Concept Planned Unit Development Review <br />Planning Director Roberts reviewed the revised concept PUD plan for a housing development at <br />10880 Stillwater Boulevard North. Ben Schmidt of the Excelsior Group spoke on behalf of the <br />applicant, commenting on the proposed amenities and project layout. <br />Councilmember Holtz, seconded by Mayor Cadenhead, moved TO ADOPT RESOLUTION <br />2021 — 012 APPROVING THE REVISED PUD CONCEPT PLAN (DATED JANUARY 7, <br />2021) AS REQUESTED BY EXCELSIOR GROUP FOR THE RESIDENTIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT PROPOSED FOR THE SCHILTGEN FARM PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />10880 STILLWATER BOULEVARD, BASED ON THE FINDINGS OFAPPROVAL LISTED <br />IN THE STAFF REPORT, SUBJECT TO THE RECOMMENDED CONDITIONS OF <br />APPROVAL. Motion passed 4 —1. (Dorschner — nay) <br />ITEM 19: Municipal Consent for TH36-Manninm Avenue Interchange <br />City Engineer Griffin presented the project details and fiscal impacts of the proposed project. <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Mayor Cadenhead, moved TO APPROVE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2021-013 APPROVING MUNICIPAL SUPPORT FOR THE TRUNK <br />HIGHWAY (TH) 36 AND MANNING AVENUE (CS41115) INTERCHANGE PROJECT BY <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY.
