3 <br /> <br /> (E) Conflicts. Whenever there is a difference between minimum standards or dimensions <br />required by this chapter or other ordinances of the City, the most restrictive standards of <br />dimensions shall apply. <br /> (F) Flood plain management. <br /> (1) No land shall be subdivided which is held unsuitable by the City Council for reason of <br />flooding, inadequate drainage, steep slopes, water supply, or sewage treatment facilities. All lots <br />within the flood plain shall contain a building site at or above the regulatory flood protection <br />elevation. All subdivisions shall have water and sewage disposal facilities that comply with the <br />provisions of this chapter, and have road access both to the subdivision and to the individual <br />building sites no lower than 2 feet below the regulatory flood protection elevation. <br /> (2) In the general flood plain district, applicants shall provide the information required in § <br />152.110. The Council shall evaluate the subdivision in accordance with procedures established <br />in this chapter and standards contained in § 152.07. <br /> (G) Consistency with Comprehensive Plan and Zoning District. Subdivision of property shall <br />be in compliance with the City’s Comprehensive Plan and zoning district in which the property <br />is located. <br /> <br />(1997 Code, § 400.03) (Am. Ord. 08-205, passed 4-3-2018) Penalty, see § 10.99 <br /> <br />§ 153.03 DEFINITIONS. <br /> <br />Unless specifically defined in this chapter, common definitions, words, and phrases used in this <br />chapter shall be interpreted so as to give them the same meaning as they have in common usage <br />throughout this code and are found in § 11.01. <br /> <br />(1997 Code, § 400.04) (Am. Ord. 08-205, passed 4-3-2018) <br /> <br />§ 153.04 REGISTERED LAND SURVEY. <br /> <br />No registered land survey of lands in the City shall be recorded with the Registrar of Titles until <br />the registered land survey has been approved by the City. The approval shall be indicated by <br />resolution endorsed on or attached to the registered land survey signed by the Mayor and City <br />Clerk. No registered land survey shall be approved by the City or signed by the officers if the <br />recording of the registered land survey will result in a subdivision in violation of any provision, <br />regulation, or requirement of this chapter. <br /> <br />(1997 Code, § 400.05) (Am.
