All recommendations in the City's Landscape Architect's memorandum dated <br />10/31/22 shall be met prior to any construction activity. <br />3. All conditions in the Fire Chief's memorandum dated 10/31/22 must be met prior to <br />any construction activity. <br />4. The applicant shall provide the City written documentation from the sewage treatment <br />system permitting authority confirming that the existing drainfield is functional and <br />sized appropriately. <br />5. The applicant must provide the City with post renovation floor plans of the existing <br />guest houses to show the total number of guest rooms in each structure prior to any <br />construction activity. <br />
