CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 08-080 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE <br />LAKE ELMO CITY CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES BY ADOPTING <br />SPECIFIC DVELOPMENT <br />STANDARDS FOR VARIOUS USE <br />CLASSIFICATIONS IN THE LAKE <br />ELMO ZONING CODE. <br />Public Notice <br />The City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo has adopted Ordinance <br />No. 08-080, which includes <br />specific development standards <br />for several use classifications in <br />the Lake Elmo Zoning Code, as <br />well as replaces the current <br />sections of the City Code <br />pertaining to Service Stations and <br />Drive-in Business. The new <br />ordinance includes specific <br />development standards for the <br />following use classifications: <br />Group Home, Group Residential <br />Facility, Congregate Housing, <br />Semi -Transient Accommodations, <br />Educational Services, Medical <br />Facilities, Nursing and Personal <br />Care, Self -Service Storage <br />Facility, Restaurant with Drive - <br />Through, Drinking and <br />Entertainment, Car Wash, <br />Gasoline Station, Sales and <br />Storage Lots, Golf Course, <br />Outdoor Entertainment, <br />Restricted Recreation, Outdoor <br />Recreation Facility, Indoor <br />Athletic Facility, Indoor <br />Recreation, Bed and Breakfast, <br />Drive -Though Facility, and Solar <br />Energy Systems. <br />The full text of Ordinance No. 08- <br />080 is available for inspection at <br />Lake Elmo city hall during regular <br />business hours. <br />ADOPTION DATE: Passed by the <br />Lake Elmo City Council on the 21st <br />day of May, 2013. <br />EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance <br />shall become effective immediately <br />upon adoption and publication. <br />Ayes: 5 <br />Nays: 0 <br />/s/Mike Pearson, Mayor <br />Attest: /s/Adam Bell, City Clerk <br />(Oakdale -Lake Elmo Review: June <br />5, 2013) <br />
