CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 08-081 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES CHAPTER OF THE BUSINESS <br />REGULATIONS OF CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby amends Title XI: <br />Business Regulations; Chapter 111: Alcoholic Beverages; Intoxicating Liquor, as <br />follows: <br />5111.22 PLACES INELIGIBLE FOR LICENSE <br />(A) General prohibition. No license shall be issued for any place or any business <br />ineligible for the license under state law. <br />(B) Delinquent taxes. No license shall be granted for operation on any premises on <br />which taxes, assessments, or other financial claims of the city are delinquent and <br />unpaid. <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon <br />adoption and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SECTION 3. Adoption Dat .
