CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 08-092 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 32.081 OF THE LAKE ELMO CITY CODE OF <br />ORDINANCES GOVERNING CITY ORGANIZATIONS <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo hereby ordains that Section 32.081 is <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br />The Parks Commission is established to review and make recommendations to the Council on <br />the future development of city parks, including the establishment of and improvements to the <br />parks, and to make recommendations to the Council on policies governing the maintenance and <br />public use of the parks within the city. <br />SECTION 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon adoption <br />and publication in the official newspaper of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />SECTION 3. Adoption Date.
