CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, Oakdale and Lake Elmo desire to construct the Olson Lake Trail Sanitary <br />Sewer Project in accordance with the recommendations outlined in the Amended Feasibility <br />Report dated March, 2013; and <br />WHEREAS, the Project will benefit properties in both cities, with five properties located <br />in the City of Lake Elmo; and <br />WHEREAS, upon completion of the Project, Oakdale will own, operate, and maintain <br />the 8-inch sanitary sewer line. <br />1.
