x 1' � � t ) M �, � a a a • � <br />' Im X xuv I No mm <br />R till <br />F * Y x M t <br />WHEREAS,and Oa_intoAgreement <br />extendedpursuant to which sanitary sewer service will be properties' <br />Trail both in Lake Elmo 4 ra:, <br />WHEREAS, the sanitary sewer is an extension of an existing sanitary sewer line in <br />Oakdale and it is therefore agreed that the new sewer Line will become a part of akdale's <br />sanitary sewer system; and <br />WHEREAS,Oakdale properties <br />Properties("Properties") to be connected to Oakdale's sanitary sewer services and that Oakdale provide <br />those <br />WHEREAS, Oakdale has agreed to allow the Properties to be connected to its sanitary <br />sewer system and to provide ongoing sanitary sewer services to the Properties, pursuant to the <br />terms and conditions of the Agreement. <br />1. That the City Council approves the Sanitary Sewer Services Agreement with the City of <br />Oakdale for Lake Elmo properties that abut Olson Lake Trail. <br />2.
