CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING RESIGNATION AND <br />DECLARING A VACANCY <br />WHEREAS, Mayor Mike Pearson, Lake Elmo City Council, and City Staff received written <br />notice of Council Member Nicole Park's resignation on June 18, 2013; and <br />WHEREAS, Council Member Nicole Park's letter indicates that her resignation will be effective <br />on July 16, 2013. <br />—SOLVED that the Lake Elmo City Council hereby accepts the <br />resignation of Council Member Nicole Park and declares a vacancy in the council seat held by <br />Council Member Nicole Park, effective on July 16, 2013 <br />ADOPTED BY THE LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL ON THE SIXTEENTH DAY OF <br />JULY 2013. <br />M <br />Adam Bell <br />RESOLUTION 2013-55 <br />
