CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />COUNTYWASHINGTON <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />APPROVINGA RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS; AND <br />CONTRACT!R THE PUMPHOUSE NO.AND CONNECTING <br />WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the current 2013-2014 Capital Improvement Plan the City is <br />constructing municipal water supply Well No. 4, and <br />WHEREAS, in order for proper operation and use of the well the City needs to design and <br />construct a pumphouse with trunk connecting watermain, <br />l . The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. The engineer shall <br />oversee the preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the making of such improvement. <br />2; The City Engineer shall retain the services of a consulting engineering firm., to assist, where <br />needed, to prepare Plans and Specifications for the making of such improvement and to assist the <br />City Engineer during the construction phase of the improvement as requested. <br />3.
