<br />Eugene D. Johnson, being duly sworn, on oath says that he is the

<br />newspaper known as The St. Croix Valley Press, and has full knowledge
<br />OTHERS, AID TO USE THE PUBLIC WAYS
<br />AND PUBLIC GROUNDS OF SAID CITY FOR
<br />of the facts which are stated below:
<br />SUCH THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />(A) The newspaper has complied with all of the requirements con -
