AMENDMENT Section Zc-ring District Map of <br />the 1979 Municipal Code of the City of Lake Elmo is hereby amended to <br />chancre the zoning from. Rural Residential (RR) to Residential Estates <br />(R.E.) to wit: <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, the north 91.3 <br />feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, and <br />that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter <br />lying northerly of the south 610 feet thereof. All in Section 3, <br />Township 29, Range 21, Washington County, Minnesota. <br />Section 2.
