V-a CC- ` \A tioL <br />ORDINANCE NO. 8043 <br />CITY OF LAKE FLMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF LAKE ELPIO <br />The City Council of the City of Lake Elmo ordains: <br />Section 1. AMENDMENT: Section 301.070C. Zoning District Map <br />of the 1979 Municipal Code of the City of Lake Elmo is hereby amended <br />to change the zoning from Rural Residential (RR) to Residential <br />Estates (R.E.) to wit. <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Ouarter; <br />that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; <br />and that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter; <br />all in Section 3, Township 29 North, Range 21 West, <br />Washinqton County, Minnesota. <br />Section 2.
