C)r ` `') 1 (:R:,WC� -c) <br />0c'J <br />CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2006 - 20 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br />WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Lake Elmo that the street <br />hereinafter described should be designated Municipal State Aid Street under the <br />provision of Minnesota Law. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Lake Elmo that the road described as follows, to -wit: <br />Manning Avenue from TH 36 to 50th Street North <br />be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street of said <br />City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of <br />Minnesota. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to forward two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of <br />Transportation for his consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of said <br />road or portion thereof, that same be constructed, improved and maintained as a <br />Municipal State Aid Street of the City of Lake Elmo. <br />ADOPTED, by the Lake Elmo City Council on the 21 st day of February, 2006. <br />Dean A.
