CITY OF LAKE ELMO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2006-019 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING THE PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY <br />REPORT FOR THE TABLYN PARK NEIGHBORHOOD <br />OVERLAY PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to overlay the Tablyn Park <br />neighborhood and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the <br />cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LAKE <br />ELMO CITY COUNCIL, WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement identified as Tablyn Park <br />Overlay Project as described in the City Engineer's memo dated February <br />16, 2006, be referred to the City Engineer for study and that he is instructed <br />to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost- <br />effective, and feasible and as to whether it should be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br />ADOPTED by the Lake Elmo City Counc' is t day of <br />February, 2006. <br />Dean Johnston, Mayor <br />
