Rules 7035, as it may be <br />amended from time to time, or the Metropolitan Gelmeil Solid Waste Management Police, <br />the wording and meaning of the Minn. Rules 7035, as it maybe amended from time to time, or the <br />Metropolitan GeuneiI Solid Waste Management Policy -Nan shall prevail. <br />•MOVARRINOMMUM.73 <br />••• <br />5.12.050 DEFINITIONS. <br />(A) Unless specifically defined in LEC 5.12.010 et seq., common definitions, words, and <br />phrases used herein shall be interpreted se-aa-to give them the same meaningas s they have in <br />common usage throughout this code. <br />(B) Definitions are found in LEC 1.08.010. <br />5.12.0560 REQUIRED COLLECTION OF MIXED MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE. <br />(A) Every residential dwelling, multiple dwelling, and commercial/industrial establishment <br />must be under a contract for at least weekly collection of mixed municipal solid waste. <br />(B) A residential dwelling, multiple dwelling, or commercial/industrial establishment may <br />apply to the Council or its designees for an exemption from this requirement_ 44The applicant <br />must presents a plan; aeoeptable *Couneil or its designee, tetthat ensures an environmentally <br />sound alternative. The Council or its designees may denv anv exemption reauests that do not <br />resent an acceptable alternative. <br />5.12.0670 DISPOSAL REQUIREMENTS. <br />(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to fail to d spa ^r allow the <br />accumulation of garbage, refuse, and/or waste materials <br />may mutate upon property owned or occupied property. All garbage, refuse, and waste <br />material must be disposed of in a sanitary manner -at least as often as hereinafter provided, or <br />more frequently as needed to prevent accumulation.
