LAKE ELMO CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />MARCH 15, 2022 <br />ITEM 20: 2023 Budget Calendar <br />Finance Director Magureanu presented the proposed 2023 budget calendar. <br />Councilmember McGinn, seconded by Councilmember Beckstrom, moved TO APPROVE <br />THE 2023 BUDGET CALENDAR. Motion passed 5 — 0. <br />ITEM 21: Resolution Supporting Legislative Efforts to Ensure a Sustainable, Safe and <br />Reliable Water Supply <br />City Administrator Handt reviewed the status of proposed legislation to address the White Bear <br />Lake lake level issue. Discussion was held regarding participation by other cities and affected <br />users and permit holders. <br />Councilmember Dorschner, seconded by Councilmember Holtz, moved TO APPROVE <br />RESOL UTION 2022-027 SUPPORTING LEGISLATIVE EFFORTS TO ENSURE A <br />SUSTAINABLE, SAFEAND RELIABLE WATER SUPPLY.
